Office hours are as follow:
Monday & Tuesday

Office is closed

Notice: Remember the gate is locked until 2:45PM when school lets out.  You may call the office and we will open the gate.  There is heavy traffic in the parking lot until about 3:15PM.  The locked gates are for the safety of the day students.

Mark Your Calendar
 

Make-up Class for Grandma’s Bread 2nd Year Sacrament students in grades 3 and Heritage 2 classes
If you missed attending class with your student on October 15/16, the make up class for Grandma’s Bread Part 2 is on Tuesday, October 28th at 5:45PM in the Kennedy Center.  Parents and students need to attend together.  Please have dinner before attending this make up as our prayer service will end around 8:00PM.  This is a mandatory session.

Whole Community Catechesis
The next class is on Saturday, November 8th.  The doors open at 8:45AM in the Kennedy Center and will be closed at 8:55AM.  Please note: PARENTS ONLY AT THIS SESSION.  Please be on time.  Once the door is closed, there will be no late entry.  This session is mandatory for all the parents of students in the Second Year of Sacrament preparation.

First Year Sacrament Students
(grades 2 and Heritage classes)
The student blessings will be on:
Sunday, October 12th
during the 9:30AM and 11:00AM Masses and on
Sunday, October 19th
during the 9:30AM and 11:00AM Masses 

Your student will be assigned by class. A note with time and date will be sent home.  Please come to your assigned Mass - you will meet your student’s teacher in the front of the Church 20 minutes before the Mass to receive your book, name tag and necklace.  You will sit as a family and NOT BY
CLASS.

Whole Community Catechesis - 2nd year Sacrament students, grades 3 and Heritage 2 classes and their parents.

Mandatory class is on Saturday, October 11th.  Please be on time.  Once the door is closed, there will be no late entry.

 English presentation: 8:45AM in the Church
Followed by Grandma’s Bread part I in the Kennedy Center.

 Spanish presentation: 10:15AM in front of the Church.  You will enter the Church at 10:25AM.  Followed by Grandma’s Bread Part I in the Kennedy Center.  For the Spanish presentation, please gather at the front doors of the Church, not at the side of the Church.

****Please note: a parent is required to attend class with their student at their regular class day/time for Grandma’s Bread part II on October 15th/October 16th.

The Megan’s Law website for California provides access to information on more than 63,000 persons required to register in California as sex offenders.  Specific home addresses are displayed on more than 33,500 offenders in the California communities; as to these persons, the site displays the last registered address reported by the offender.  An additional 30,500 offenders are included on the site with listing by ZIP Code, city, and county.  Not all sex offenders have been caught and convicted.  Most sex offenses are committed by family, friends or acquaintances of the victim.
